Sommeliers was the world’s first wine-friendly glass collection, designed by Claus J. Riedel (9th generation) and revolutionising the concept of wine glasses. Following the Bauhaus design principle of form follows function, Claus J. Riedel discovered that certain wines exhibit greater depth and balance when enjoyed from specific shapes. Thin-blown and unadorned, Sommeliers marked the beginning of RIEDEL's global dominance in the wine glass market.

This product is handmade, with each piece individually crafted by master glassmakers, giving every item a unique character.
