Sommeliers, the pioneering creation of Claus J. Riedel, was the first glass collection made with wine enthusiasts in mind. Following the Bauhaus principle of form follows function, Riedel found that specific glass shapes could bring out a wine’s depth and balance. This thin-blown, stylish collection marked the start of RIEDEL's global dominance in the wine glass market.
